Product Manager

Overview

We are expanding our e-commerce platform capabilities and investing heavily in next-generation technologies, including AI, automation, and advanced data infrastructure.

The Role

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to drive the development and optimization of e-commerce and retail platform products.

As a product owner, you will define product strategy, lead cross-functional initiatives, and deliver high-impact solutions that improve customer experience and drive business value. You will balance strategic vision with hands-on execution in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Identify customer and partner needs through market research, data analysis, and stakeholder insights

* Define product requirements, including specifications and solution design

* Own product KPIs and continuously track, analyze, and improve performance

* Lead cross-functional collaboration across engineering, business, and operations teams

* Drive product planning cycles, including roadmap creation and prioritization

* Facilitate alignment among stakeholders and ensure smooth delivery of product initiatives

* Contribute to product vision and long-term strategy aligned with business goals

Preferred Qualifications

* Background in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical fields

* Experience creating product requirement documents and functional specifications

* Experience in product management within digital platforms (e-commerce, retail, or similar domains)

* Familiarity with systems such as logistics, order management, payments, or CRM

* Understanding of retail industries such as fashion, FMCG, or healthcare

* Experience promoting or evangelizing products to external stakeholders
