Full Description

Genuin is building the generative experience, engagement, and revenue infrastructure powering the future of media, commerce, and AI-native consumer engagement. We are looking for a highly strategic and execution-oriented Product Manager who thrives in startup environments and enjoys building products from 0→1 and scaling them from 1→10. This is not a traditional “requirements gathering” Product Manager role.

We are looking for someone who can deeply understand customer behavior, identify unmet market needs before customers explicitly ask for them, independently research industry shifts, and proactively shape the product roadmap around where the market is heading over the next 3–5 years.

This role requires someone who thinks like a founder, operates with urgency, and balances long-term strategic thinking with weekly execution velocity.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

* Develop forward-looking product strategies aligned with Genuin’s long-term vision around generative experiences, AI-powered engagement, Commerce media, infrastructure, monetization systems, cross-destination consumer journeys, and enterprise AI integrations

* Identify behavioral trends, workflow gaps, and AI opportunities before customers explicitly request them.

* Work closely with enterprise customers, CSMs, revenue teams, and executives to deeply understand business objectives and operational pain points.

* Translate customer insights into scalable platform capabilities instead of one-off feature requests.

* Identify opportunities to make Genuin’s products inherently easier to discover, adopt, and expand through product experience itself.

* Operate with high execution velocity by shipping weekly product improvements, experiments, workflows, and optimizations.

* Own KPIs across engagement, activation, retention, monetization, onboarding, and product-led growth.

* Collaborate closely with engineering, design, GTM, CSM, AI infrastructure, and executive leadership teams.

PRODUCT-LED GROWTH & PRODUCT MARKETING

* Act as a product-minded growth operator owning the lifecycle from website experience to product adoption and expansion.

* Improve website-to-lead conversion funnels, onboarding journeys, activation flows, and self-serve product experiences.

* Help define product positioning, messaging, launch strategies, use cases, and customer-facing storytelling.

* Translate complex AI and infrastructure capabilities into simple, compelling customer narratives.

* Build feedback loops between product usage, customer behavior, marketing performance, and sales outcomes.

IDEAL CANDIDATE

* Founder mentality with strong ownership and urgency.

* 5–10+ years of Product Management experience in startups or high-growth environments.

* Experience across AI, AdTech, MediaTech, SaaS, Commerce Media, or engagement platforms.

* Strong understanding of product positioning, user psychology, growth loops, and PLG strategies.

* Ability to independently research industry shifts and connect tactical execution with long-term strategic positioning.

* Comfortable operating in ambiguity while maintaining execution quality and velocity.

STRONG PLUS

* Experience with AI agents, LLM integrations, recommendation systems, monetization systems, engagement platforms, personalization systems, retail media, publishing infrastructure, video and creator ecosystems

* Strong understanding of engagement loops, retention mechanics, and monetization metrics.

* Ability to synthesize complex market trends into actionable product direction.
