Position: Product Validation Expert
Type: Hourly contract
Location: Remote
Commitment: 10–40 hours/week
Role Responsibilities
* Design and develop evaluation frameworks to assess AI product outputs from a user experience perspective.
* Analyze evaluation tasks to identify issues impacting user experience, safety, and product performance.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and refine product validation criteria and standards.
* Translate user insights into actionable feedback to improve accuracy, safety, and usability.
* Document findings and recommendations clearly for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Monitor product usage trends and proactively identify emerging risks or UX concerns.
* Contribute to continuous improvement of validation processes and evaluation methodologies.
Requirements
* Strong experience in product validation, user experience evaluation, or related domains.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high clarity and precision.
* Ability to design and apply structured evaluation frameworks and rubrics.
* Strong analytical skills with attention to detail in identifying risks and usability issues.
* Ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional and remote environments.
