Position: Private Equity Expert

Type: Contract

Compensation: $130/hour

Location: Remote

Duration: Minimum four weeks

Commitment: 10+ hours/week

Role Responsibilities

* Evaluate financial models and provide insights to strengthen AI model outputs.

* Review market sizing and TAM analysis for alignment with investment strategies.

* Develop comprehensive investment summaries and memos to guide decision-making.

* Collaborate on CIM creation and due diligence processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.

* Process NDA/legal documents efficiently to support deal flow.

* Source potential deals and provide strategic recommendations for investment opportunities.

Qualifications

Must-Have

* At least 2 years of experience in private equity at top firms.

* Expertise in financial modeling or market sizing/TAM analysis.

* Proficiency in creating investment summaries and memos.

* Experience with CIM creation and due diligence.

* Ability to process NDA/legal documents.

* Skills in sourcing for deals.
