This high-impact role focuses on connecting company strategy to day-to-day execution through operational systems, planning frameworks, and leadership alignment. You will collaborate with senior leadership to design and run annual and quarterly planning processes, operational reviews, and enterprise scorecards that ensure priorities are clear, resourced, and progressing. The role requires translating complex strategic initiatives into actionable plans while facilitating alignment, accountability, and execution across multiple teams. You will lead initiatives to improve operational clarity, optimize capacity, and maintain focus on high-impact work, ensuring the organization achieves measurable business outcomes. Success in this position combines strategic thinking, systems design, and the ability to confidently guide senior leaders through high-stakes decisions.

Accountabilities

* Design, implement, and maintain enterprise operating systems, including planning frameworks, prioritization systems, and operational cadences

* Lead annual and quarterly planning processes to align senior leadership teams on company priorities, resources, and timelines

* Establish and manage quarterly operational business reviews, providing insights into progress, risks, and performance against strategic initiatives

* Maintain enterprise-wide visibility of projects, initiatives, dependencies, and execution health

* Facilitate prioritization and capacity alignment, ensuring leadership focus on highest-impact initiatives

* Develop and maintain operational scorecards and dashboards for leadership, connecting KPIs to strategic outcomes

* Drive adoption of new processes, frameworks, and tools to scale planning and execution capabilities

Requirements

* 5+ years of experience in program management, business operations, strategy & operations, or consulting

* Proven track record managing complex cross-functional initiatives across senior leadership teams

* Strong experience designing or managing planning frameworks, operational cadences, and strategic execution systems

* Exceptional facilitation, communication, and executive presence to guide senior leadership through alignment and decision-making

* Data fluency, analytical skills, and ability to translate insights into clear reporting and actionable recommendations

* Strong organizational and project management skills to manage multiple concurrent initiatives

* Preferred experience with high-growth companies, operating frameworks like EOS/OKRs, and project management tools such as Notion, Asana, ClickUp, or Jira

* Competitive salary range: $115,000 - $140,000

* 4-day work week (32 hours) with flexible work-from-anywhere or 1 day/week on-site
