Role: Principal AI Solutions Architect

Experience Level: 12+ years

Work Location: Los Angeles, California (On-site)

Role Overview:

As a Principal AI Solutions Architect, you will lead the design, strategy, and technical delivery of enterprise-grade AI, GenAI, and ML solutions for our key strategic Customers. Operating at the intersection of high-level business strategy and deep technical execution, you will be responsible for transforming complex requirements into scalable, production-ready architectures on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and AWS. While this role is broad in its architectural scope, a primary focus will be driving AI innovation for one of our major customer in the Insurance.

Responsibilities:

* Enterprise AI Strategy: Define and lead the technical roadmap for AI/ML adoption within large-scale enterprise environments, ensuring alignment between software capabilities and client business outcomes.

* Solution Design & Blueprints: Architect end-to-end solutions using the full GCP AI stack, including Vertex AI, Gemini, BigQuery ML, and Document AI and frameworks including ADK, Langraph, etc and corresponding AWS services

* GenAI & Agentic Workflows: Design and implement Generative AI patterns,standards for RAG architectures, vector databases, observability, fine-tuning LLMs, and building autonomous agentic workflows systems involving multi-agents (including orchestration, tool integration, memory layers, reasoning frameworks, evaluation, deployment) for complex business processes

* Domain-Specific Innovation: Apply insurance domain knowledge to architect solutions for claims automation, risk assessment, fraud detection, and hyper-personalized customer experiences.

* Technical Governance & MLOps: Establish best practices for the entire ML lifecycle—from data ingestion and feature engineering to model deployment (CI/CD/CT), drift monitoring and feedback loop for continuous learning.

* Executive Liaison: Serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite stakeholders (CTO/CDO) at our key accounts, translating sophisticated AI concepts into actionable business value and ROI.

Core Qualifications:

* Experience: 12+ years of experience in software engineering and systems architecture, with at least 5 years of dedicated leadership in AI/ML production environments.

* Cloud Mastery: Deep architectural expertise in cloud platforms like GCP and AWSCloud Platform. Professional GCP certifications (Cloud Architect or ML Engineer) are highly preferred.

* Domain Expertise: Significant experience within the Insurance industry with an understanding of regulatory compliance and industry-specific data structures.

* GenAI & Agentic Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, vector databases (e.g., Vertex AI Vector Search, Pinecone), ADK, Langraph.

* Location: Based in or willing to relocate to Los Angeles, with the ability to be on-site at client locations
