Accountabilities

* Define and lead end-to-end architecture for software, AI/ML, and digital solutions aligned with business and technology strategies

* Translate complex requirements into scalable system designs, integration patterns, and implementation roadmaps

* Provide technical leadership across cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment on architecture decisions and priorities

* Guide development teams through implementation, ensuring architectural integrity from concept to deployment

* Establish architecture governance, standards, and best practices for quality, scalability, and security

* Evaluate technology options and make informed trade-offs based on performance, maintainability, and business value

* Identify risks, dependencies, and constraints early, and define mitigation strategies to support successful delivery

* Drive innovation by identifying opportunities to leverage AI/ML and digital technologies for improved business outcomes

Requirements

* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience

* 10-13+ years of experience in solution architecture, software engineering, or systems design within complex technology environments

* Strong expertise in software architecture, cloud platforms, data systems, and enterprise integration

* Proven experience designing and deploying end-to-end solutions across applications, data, and infrastructure layers

* Solid understanding of AI/ML systems, data pipelines, and production deployment practices

* Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale, cross-functional initiatives with measurable business impact

* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence both technical and non-technical audiences

* Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a pragmatic approach to complex technical challenges

* Ability to operate in dynamic environments and manage multiple priorities effectively
