Role Description

As a Principal Security Product Engineer at Indurex, you will lead the design, development, and execution of security-focused product initiatives to address client needs in safeguarding complex cyber-physical systems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement innovative product solutions and support their integration with existing technologies. Key responsibilities include research and development of new product capabilities, analyzing product security needs, and driving end-to-end product design processes. This is a full-time hybrid role based in the Netherlands with flexibility for occasional remote work.

Qualifications

* Strong Product Engineering and Product Design skills to drive innovative and effective solutions

* Demonstrated expertise in Research and Development (R&D) to explore and implement advanced product capabilities

* Excellent Analytical Skills to assess product security requirements and impact

* Exceptional Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate complex ideas to various stakeholders

* Advanced understanding of cybersecurity and cyber-physical system challenges is a strong advantage

* Proven experience in leadership roles within product engineering or security-focused development teams

* Relevant technical degree in engineering, computer science, or related field; advanced degrees are a plus
