Role: Principal AI Solutions Architect

Experience Level: 12+ Years

Work Location: Los Angeles, CA (Hybrid)

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly experienced Principal AI Solutions Architect to lead the design, strategy, and delivery of enterprise-grade AI, GenAI, and ML solutions for key strategic customers.

This role operates at the intersection of business strategy and deep technical execution, translating complex requirements into scalable, production-ready architectures across cloud platforms like GCP and AWS. A key focus area will be driving AI innovation within the Insurance domain.

Roles & Responsibilities

● Define and lead enterprise AI/ML strategy and roadmap aligned with business objectives.

● Architect end-to-end AI solutions leveraging GCP services such as Vertex AI, Gemini, BigQuery ML, Document AI and corresponding AWS services.

● Design and implement Generative AI solutions including RAG architectures, vector databases, and LLM-based applications.

● Build and scale agentic AI systems including multi-agent workflows, orchestration, tool integration, memory layers, and reasoning frameworks.

● Establish standards and best practices for AI architecture, observability, evaluation, and deployment.

● Drive domain-specific AI solutions within Insurance including claims automation, risk assessment, fraud detection, and customer personalization.

● Lead MLOps practices including CI/CD/CT pipelines, model monitoring, drift detection, and feedback loops.

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, product, and business stakeholders.

● Serve as a trusted advisor to C-level stakeholders, translating AI capabilities into business value and ROI.

● Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and governance across large-scale AI programs.

Required Skills & Qualifications

● 12+ years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or related fields.

● At least 5+ years of leadership experience in AI/ML production environments.

● Strong expertise in cloud platforms such as GCP and AWS.

● Experience with AI/ML platforms including Vertex AI, BigQuery ML, and similar services.

● Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and GenAI frameworks.

● Experience designing RAG systems and working with vector databases such as Pinecone or Vertex AI Vector Search.

● Strong understanding of agentic frameworks such as LangGraph, ADK, or similar.

● Proven experience architecting scalable, enterprise-grade AI solutions.

● Experience with MLOps practices including CI/CD, monitoring, and lifecycle management.

● Strong understanding of system design, scalability, and distributed systems.

● Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

● Ability to work on-site in Los Angeles or willingness to relocate.

Good to Have Skills

● Experience within the Insurance domain including regulatory compliance and data structures.

● Exposure to multi-agent systems and advanced AI orchestration frameworks.

● Professional certifications in GCP (Cloud Architect or ML Engineer).
