Overview:

A senior, hands-on consulting role responsible for leading high-impact, Tier-1 customer engagements, driving successful implementations, and acting as a trusted advisor across the full Moveworks platform.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and deliver Tier-1, high-visibility projects (e.g., JLL, Organon, ARM) from discovery through implementation and optimization

* Serve as a subject matter expert across the Moveworks product suite, including Agent Studio and core platform capabilities

* Partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to support pre-sales discussions, solution design, and customer expansion

* Act as a trusted advisor to customer stakeholders, providing strategic guidance and best practices

* Drive end-to-end implementation, including solution architecture, configuration, integration, and deployment

* Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within customer environments

* Support on-site engagements and travel as required for key customer initiatives

* Mentor junior consultants and contribute to capability building within the team

Key Requirements:

* Strong US presence with flexibility to travel based on project needs

* Proven experience leading complex, enterprise-scale implementations

* Prior experience with ServiceNow (highly preferred)

* Deep expertise in enterprise SaaS implementations, automation, or AI-driven platforms

* Ability to operate as an independent contributor while influencing cross-functional teams

* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including executive-level interactions

* Demonstrated ability to handle ambiguous, fast-paced environments and drive outcomes

* Strong problem-solving mindset with a focus on customer success and value realization

Ideal Candidate Profile:

* Highly experienced consultant (10+ years) with a track record of delivering mission-critical projects

* Comfortable owning both strategic direction and hands-on execution

* Experience working with large enterprise clients and navigating complex org structures

* Self-driven, proactive, and capable of taking full ownership of engagements
