Principal AI & Generative AI Engineer | Machine Learning | Deep Learning | AI Governance

Overview

We are seeking an accomplished Data Scientist / AI & Machine Learning Engineer with strong expertise in Generative AI, Predictive Analytics, and Decision Intelligence Systems. The ideal candidate will have proven experience designing, developing, and deploying enterprise-scale AI solutions across industries such as insurance, financial services, and healthcare.

This role requires a highly skilled professional who can lead AI initiatives, drive innovation, and deliver scalable AI-powered systems that improve operational efficiency, customer engagement, governance, and business intelligence.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy enterprise-scale AI and Machine Learning solutions.

Build and optimize Generative AI applications and agentic AI systems for enterprise use cases.

Develop predictive analytics and decision intelligence platforms to support business strategy and operations.

Lead AI initiatives focused on automation, governance, compliance, and operational transformation.

Implement and evaluate Generative AI models using appropriate evaluation frameworks and metrics.

Develop scalable AI/ML pipelines using Python and Data Science technologies.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, engineering teams, and leadership.

Ensure responsible, transparent, and ethical AI practices across all implementations.

Research emerging AI technologies and contribute to innovation initiatives and patentable solutions.

Mentor teams and provide technical leadership in AI and Machine Learning best practices.
