Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Principal AI & Data Specialist – Agentic Forecasting. The role involves designing, implementing, and refining forecasting models with a focus on predicting startup performance. Core responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, conducting data analysis, applying machine learning techniques, and enhancing model accuracy. The individual will also be responsible for identifying gaps, proposing actionable insights, and producing high-quality research and reports to support decision-making and the platform's evolution.

Qualifications

* Expertise in Machine Learning, Data Modeling, and Forecasting Techniques

* Experience with Data Analysis, Statistical Methods, Prediction Algorithms, and Feature Engineering

* Proficiency with Python, R, or similar programming languages for data analysis

* Strong skills in Data Visualization and Reporting

* Understanding of Startup Ecosystems, Entrepreneurship, or Venture Capital trends

* Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, and critical evaluation abilities

* Effective communication skills, including presenting technical concepts to non-technical audiences

* Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating across teams

* Ph.D./Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related quantitative fields

* Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure is a plus
