a highly effective Principal Consultant who combines wisdom, technical acumen, and

deep client-facing skills. This role is designed for an experienced professional who can act

as a trusted advisor to clients while leading delivery team transformations.

Key Competencies

* Exceptional Interpersonal Skills – strongly builds trust and leads senior-level client conversations, upskilling, brainstorming, planning, and change management.

* Strong Domain Expertise and Industry Experience – ideally at VP level or above in domains such as marketing/sales, finance, or talent/culture and data-intensive industries like financial services, healthcare, engineering, or analytics.

* Effectively understands strategy and translates business needs into technology solutions. Prefer strong technical knowledge of AI, automation, and emerging tools.
