Zuci SystemsWe are seeking a President – UK to lead and scale Zuci Systems presence in the United Kingdom and Europe. This is a senior leadership role with full P&L responsibility, accountable for regional growth, client relationships, delivery governance, and operational excellence.
The role will work closely with global leadership and represent Zuci Systems across clients, partners, and industry forums in the UK and EU region.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership & Growth
· Lead Zuci Systems’ UK operations with full P&L accountability, aligning regional strategy with global corporate objectives.
· Define and execute the vision, roadmap, and growth strategy for the UK and Europe across Digital Engineering, AI, Quality Engineering, Data & Analytics, and Transformation Consulting.
· Identify market opportunities, drive pre-sales solutioning, and support new business acquisition and regional expansion.
· Collaborate with global sales and marketing teams to strengthen brand positioning and market presence in the UK.
Client & Partner Engagement
· Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key clients, partners, and ecosystem stakeholders.
· Represent Zuci Systems in strategic client engagements, negotiations, and long-term partnerships across the UK and EU.
· Act as a thought leader, representing Zuci Systems at industry forums, client events, and innovation councils.
Delivery & Operations Governance
· Provide executive oversight for end-to-end delivery across UK-based client engagements, ensuring governance, quality standards, and client satisfaction.
· Define and govern delivery frameworks that enable seamless onsite–offshore collaboration with global delivery teams.
· Drive continuous improvement in operational processes, delivery governance, and risk management.
Innovation & Technology Leadership
· Champion the adoption of AI, intelligent automation, and modern digital engineering practices aligned with client needs.
· Promote a culture of innovation, supporting PoCs, innovation labs, and UK-specific use cases in collaboration with global teams.
Governance & Compliance
· Ensure UK operations comply with local employment laws, tax regulations, data protection standards, and corporate governance requirements.
· Establish local governance structures, internal controls, and ethical business practices.
· Liaise with legal, finance, and HR teams on contracts, compliance, immigration support, and regulatory matters.
Skills, Experience & Qualifications
· Senior leadership experience (typically 20+ years) in digital engineering, technology services, or consulting organisations.
· Proven track record in scaling regional or multi-country technology operations with P&L ownership.
· Strong experience in digital transformation, AI-led solutions, automation, and data-driven engineering.
· Demonstrated ability to manage executive client relationships, strategic partnerships, and complex stakeholder environments.
· Deep understanding of delivery governance, operational excellence, and risk management.
· Strong commercial acumen with experience in business development, pre-sales, and market expansion.
· Familiarity with UK regulatory, employment, and corporate compliance frameworks is highly desirable.
