Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Policy Analyst - AI Trainer based on-site in San Francisco, CA. The Policy Analyst - AI Trainer will be responsible for developing and maintaining regulatory and policy datasets to train advanced AI models. Daily tasks include conducting in-depth policy research, analyzing regulatory changes, and creating comprehensive policy frameworks. The individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure AI systems are equipped to interpret and adapt to regulatory developments effectively. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential for this role to facilitate the creation of impactful and compliant AI solutions.

Qualifications

* Experience in Policy Development and Policy Research to analyze, draft, and interpret policies and regulations

* Strong Analytical Skills and Research capabilities to evaluate complex regulatory landscapes and provide strategic insights

* Effective Communication skills to explain complex policy topics to diverse audiences, including technical and non-technical stakeholders

* Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving priorities

* Familiarity with AI systems, data management, or legal technology is a strong advantage

* Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Public Policy, Law, Political Science, or a related field
