We are looking for experienced physiotherapists based in the EU or UK to help improve advanced AI systems.

What You’ll Be Doing

We are 10x.team, a platform for fractional and freelance professionals. We partner with leading AI labs to improve large AI systems.

Your Role Is Practical And High Impact. You Will

* Review and refine AI generated responses related to physiotherapy and rehabilitation

* Evaluate outputs for clinical accuracy, patient safety and alignment with evidence based practice

* Draft realistic clinical scenarios such as musculoskeletal conditions, sports injuries, post operative rehabilitation or chronic pain management

* Create variations of the same case from different perspectives such as physiotherapist, sports physician, patient or rehabilitation coordinator

* Identify unsafe recommendations, flawed treatment logic or incomplete clinical reasoning

In Simple Terms

You will assess and improve AI generated content to ensure it reflects real world physiotherapy practice and sound clinical decision making.

This is not direct patient care. Instead of treating individual patients, you will help improve how AI systems understand and reason about rehabilitation and movement related care at scale.

Your input directly improves how AI performs on physiotherapy and rehabilitation topics.

You Are

Who this is for

* A licensed physiotherapist

* Based in the EU or UK

* With several years of clinical experience

* Experienced in managing musculoskeletal conditions, sports rehabilitation, post operative recovery or chronic pain

* Comfortable identifying unsafe advice, unrealistic recovery timelines and weak clinical reasoning

* Available 8 to 20 hours per week

* Able to start in the coming weeks
