Position: Primary Care Physician (PCP)

Type: Contract

Compensation: $100–$130/hour

Location: Remote

Role Responsibilities

* Review and annotate clinical text, EHR data, and patient case notes to identify diagnoses, co-morbidities, treatment plans, and outcomes.

* Structure complex medical information for AI training and reasoning to enhance decision-making and care delivery.

* Audit annotated datasets to ensure high clinical accuracy and consistency, validating AI-generated outputs like summaries and recommendations.

* Contribute to annotation guidelines, taxonomies, and decision frameworks, defining edge cases and nuanced clinical scenarios.

* Evaluate AI systems for clinical workflows, flagging inaccuracies and providing structured feedback to improve model performance.

* Map real-world clinical workflows into AI-compatible processes to support seamless integration into healthcare operations.

Qualifications

Must-Have

* MD or DO

* Board-certified or board-eligible

* Active medical license in good standing

* 2+ years of clinical experience, preferably in inpatient or hospitalist settings

Preferred

* Academic hospital experience
