What You’ll Do

The People & Workspace Admin plays a key role in shaping the employee experience at EX.CO’s NYC office. As part of our global HR team, you’ll support employees across People Operations, workplace experience, office management, and company culture, while collaborating closely with teams in New York and Tel Aviv.

You’ll manage core HR processes including onboarding and offboarding, HRIS administration, employee records, benefits, compliance, performance cycle coordination, and internal People resources. You’ll also help improve and scale processes through automation and operational enhancements as the company grows.

In addition, you’ll own the day-to-day workplace experience for our NYC office of 30 employees, leading office operations, vendor management, facilities coordination, and workspace management to create a welcoming and productive environment.

This role also takes part in driving employee engagement and company culture through events, happy hours, wellbeing initiatives, recognition programs, and global company moments.

Key Responsibilities-

People Ops & HR Operations

* Own end-to-end onboarding and offboarding experiences

* Manage HRIS administration, employee data, reporting, and system optimization

* Administer employee benefits, leave programs, and compliance processes

* Support performance cycles, employee documentation, and internal HR resources

* Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and operational efficiency

* Help build scalable People infrastructure as the company grows

Workspace Management & Employee Experience

* Own the day-to-day operations of the NYC office

* Manage workplace vendors, office supplies, facilities, and building coordination

* Lead workplace experience initiatives that make the office engaging and collaborative

* Oversee office budget, health & safety, and operational logistics

* Create an environment employees genuinely enjoy being part of

* Plan and execute happy hours, team events, offsites, and company gatherings

* Lead employee engagement, wellbeing, and recognition initiatives

* Partner with the Tel Aviv office on global culture programs and cross-office experiences

* Play a key role in strengthening company culture and employee connection across teams

What we're looking for:

* 2–4 years of People Ops / HR experience in a startup or high-growth tech company

* Experience with office operations, employee experience, and company events

* Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and execution capabilities

* Ownership mentality with a proactive, self-managed approach

* Curiosity around AI tools, technology, and operational innovation

* Hands-on experience with HR systems such as Rippling, HiBob, BambooHR, or Workday

* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

The pay range for this position in New York is $80,000–$100,000.
