1. About Our Client:

The organization operates in the senior living industry, addressing the challenge of integrating compassionate care with technology to improve resident, family, and staff experiences. It provides an ecosystem of connected solutions that fit into existing workflows within senior living communities. Supported by nurse specialists and advanced analytics, the program delivers data that enables operators to make informed clinical and operational decisions, enhancing efficiency, profitability, and care outcomes.

2. About the Opportunity:

The People Operations Associate is a key operational role responsible for managing the daily systems and processes that support the employee experience. This position ensures smooth HRIS administration, onboarding, benefits management, and compliance. The role is designed to continuously improve workflows and build scalable infrastructure, contributing directly to the effectiveness and growth of the organization’s people operations.

3. Responsibilities:

• Manage HRIS data integrity, system configuration, and reporting

• Lead HRIS implementation and maintain accurate records

• Oversee new hire onboarding and offboarding processes

• Administer health benefits, 401(k), and leave programs

• Maintain compliance calendar, personnel files, and employment records

• Support bi-weekly contractor hour processing and payroll workflows

• Identify and implement process improvements and workflow automation

• Support performance cycle administration and maintain performance data

• Update and maintain People Ops internal resources and documentation

4. Requirements:

• 2–4 years of HR/People Ops experience in a startup or high-growth environment

• Hands-on HRIS experience, including system administration, data integrity, and reporting (e.g., Rippling, BambooHR, Workday)

• Curiosity about AI tools and experience adopting new technology for efficiency

• Preferred: experience with health benefits administration, 401(k), or open enrollment

• Preferred: knowledge of federal and state employment law compliance and record keeping

• Preferred: experience in process improvement or workflow automation

This role is not suitable for candidates without HR/People Ops experience, those with experience only in large enterprises (500+ employees), or those without interest in AI tools.

5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• The annual salary for this role is $90,000-$110,000 plus equity and benefits including medical, dental, and vision
