Accountabilities

* Support the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee transitions, and day-to-day People Operations processes.

* Plan, coordinate, and execute company-wide and team events such as offsites, virtual gatherings, and culture-building initiatives.

* Contribute to internal communications by drafting and distributing company updates, newsletters, and organizational announcements.

* Maintain accurate HR records and ensure data integrity across systems, including employee documentation and administrative processes such as benefits support and employment verification.

* Assist with compliance-related tasks such as I-9 verification and other HR documentation requirements.

* Identify and implement opportunities to improve and streamline People Operations workflows, including automation and AI-enabled solutions.

* Support cross-functional People initiatives that enhance employee engagement and organizational alignment.

Requirements

* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field.

* Initial experience or strong interest in HR, People Operations, or administrative roles, ideally in a fast-paced or startup environment.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage clearly and professionally across all levels of the organization.

* Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in managing data, documentation, and processes.

* Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining quality and efficiency.

* Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-changing environments with a proactive and resourceful mindset.

* Strong sense of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive employee information.

* Creative problem-solver with a hands-on approach and willingness to take initiative.
