Job Scope

• Managing the local PH Payroll team

• Managing and maintaining platforms Employment Hero & KeyPay

• Optimising system workflows for improved efficiencies

• Payroll projects to meet AU Legislation, awards, taxes and super changes and compliance

• Comply and plan for Audits, and people reporting for the business

• Sharing insights to improve business decisions and employee experience.

Hands on Payroll supporting Officer and will complete full payruns when Payroll Officer is on leave.
