About The Role
We are looking for a sharp, systems-oriented generalist who can keep the engine running. You will work directly under the Process Lead to manage day-to-day operations across process execution, technology platforms, data pipelines, and HR & admin functions. This is a high-ownership role with direct visibility into senior leadership — not a back-office job.
What You'll Do
Process Optimisation
* Execute and monitor SOPs and workflows designed by the Process Lead
* Flag breakdowns, delays, and inefficiencies with data, not just observations
* Maintain process documentation and update it as systems evolve
Technology Platforms Management
* Own day-to-day operations of internal tools — ERP, HRMS, project management apps
* Coordinate with vendors for issues, updates, and onboarding
* Train team members on platform usage and ensure adoption
Database & Dataflow Management
* Maintain clean, updated records across all operational databases
* Build and run routine data collection, cleaning, and reporting pipelines
* Flag data quality issues and fix them at the source
* Support dashboard upkeep and MIS reporting for leadership
HR & Admin
* Handle onboarding/offboarding coordination and employee records
* Track attendance, leaves, and compliance documentation
* Manage procurement, vendor coordination, and day-to-day admin operations
* Support budgeting inputs and expense tracking
Who You Are
* 1.5-3 years of experience in ops, process, admin, or a related role
* Comfortable with Google Sheets, Excel, and at least one ERP or HRMS platform
* You think in systems — when something breaks, you want to fix the root, not the symptom
* Strong written communication — you can write a clean update without being asked twice
* Not afraid of ambiguity; you create structure where there is none
* Bonus: exposure to Google Apps Script, Power BI, or any workflow automation tool
