About The Role

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive person to support our operations functions. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth processes, accurate reporting, and efficient operations to support our growth.

Key Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will be tailored to align with both the organization’s priorities and your core strengths.

* Coordinate internal events

* Coordinate external events and manage associated logistics

* People & Office

* Support our bi-annual talent review process

* Assist with onboarding and orientation sessions for new hires

* Own the inventory management, tracking, and updates

* Own the travel and expense policy and process

* Office

* Oversee day-to-day office management and facilities

* Talent

* Contribute to employer branding initiatives

* Support hiring efforts across the full recruitment cycle

* Project Management

* Partner with managers on ad hoc projects

Qualifications & Skills

* 3+ years of experience, including at least one experience in a startup, scale-up, or tech or consulting environment.

* Fluent in French

* Full proficiency in English

* Bachelor’s (BS) or Master’s (MS) degree

Inbolt is a pioneering robotics software company specializing in real-time industrial robot guidance solutions powered by 3D vision and AI. Our mission is to develop a vision system for industrial robots that enables robust, real-time decision-making in any environment.

Our flagship solution, Inbolt, integrates a 3D camera mounted on a robotic arm with our proprietary software, Inbolt Studio. This combination allows clients to train and integrate our AI with their robots, enabling the 3D camera to perceive and interact with its work environment seamlessly.
