Operations Associate

The Role\ We’re looking for someone to work directly with Rahul (CEO) to help drive day to day execution across the company.

This is a high ownership, entrepreneurial role. You will get pulled into everything, from internal operations to investor updates to closing loose ends across teams. The goal is simple. Make sure nothing important slips and the company moves faster.

What You’ll Do

* Own and clean up core operational workflows including invoicing, vendors, and basic reporting

* Drive follow ups across teams, customers, and partners to keep things moving

* Work with the Rahul on key priorities, ad hoc projects, and execution gaps

* Help prepare investor updates, reports, and key business materials

* Step into problems across ops, product, or GTM and figure things out

What We’re Looking For

* 0 to 3 years experience in startup, consulting, operations, or similar roles

* Highly proactive and able to operate without constant direction

* Comfortable with ambiguity and figuring things out from scratch

* Strong ownership mindset and ability to see things through end to end

* Organized and detail oriented, without being slow or process heavy

Nice to Have

* Startup experience or founder’s office exposure

* Comfort with spreadsheets, basic tools, and automation

* Interest in AI, infrastructure, or technical products
