We are growing fast and building a category-defining product at the intersection of AI, consumer apps and legal services. We're looking for senior, high-ownership profiles who want to shape how the company operates and scales.

About the Role:

We're hiring an Operations Manager to own and deliver critical operational initiatives end-to-end — from problem definition to execution and scaling.

This role is designed for someone who can lead projects independently, make trade-offs, coordinate across Product, Tech, Data and external partners — and still roll up their sleeves to get things done when needed.

You'll work across some of Alex's most important operational challenges: building and scaling processes, managing external relationships, driving automation, and embedding AI into how we work every day.

We are an AI-first company — not just in our product, but in how we operate. We expect you to actively use AI tools to move faster, make better decisions and automate what others do manually.

This is a high-impact, high-ownership role with real autonomy.

Main Responsibilities:

* Own strategic and operational projects end-to-end — from problem definition to rollout and stabilization. The areas will shift as the company evolves; the ownership won't.

* Act as the single point of accountability for complex, cross-functional initiatives across Product, Tech, Data and external partners.

* Translate ambiguous business needs into concrete, measurable processes with clear ownership, and operate them hands-on until they're stable.

* Design and implement scalable automations (Zoho Flow, Make, n8n) to replace manual workflows, with proper logging, alerting and fallback mechanisms.

* Build and maintain integrations via APIs and webhooks across core systems.

* Own operational KPIs and metrics — define what to measure, why it matters, and drive accountability around them. Comfortable getting hands-on with SQL and BI tools when needed.

* Actively leverage AI tools and LLMs to accelerate execution — and proactively identify opportunities to embed AI into operational workflows.

Ideal Profile:

* 5–8 years of experience in Operations, Strategy Ops, BizOps or tech-enabled roles, owning initiatives end-to-end.

* Strong technical or engineering background (Engineering, CS, Data Science or similar).

* Proven ability to lead complex projects independently in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.

* Hands-on experience with automation tools (Zoho Flow, Make, n8n), CRM systems (Zoho preferred) and SQL/BI (Looker Studio, BigQuery, PowerBI…) — you build, not just manage.

* Active and fluent user of AI tools — you already use LLMs, AI assistants and AI-powered workflows in your daily work, not as an experiment but as a core part of how you operate.

* Highly pragmatic, execution-driven and accountable.

* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with a solutions-oriented mindset.

* KPI-driven, with experience defining, tracking and improving performance metrics.

* Professional working English.

Nice to have:

* Experience in operations, preferably in a fast-paced or hyper-growth environment (Tech start-up / scale-up experience a plus).

* Experience with AI/LLM-based products or improving AI performance through prompting and evaluation.

* Familiarity with B2C digital product concepts (experiments, A/B testing, conversion funnels).

* Python basics for scripting and data manipulation.
