2. About the Opportunity: The Operational Excellence and Training Lead role is responsible for shaping the organization''s long-term operational capabilities by developing and implementing a cohesive learning and competency strategy. This position aligns workforce skills with future operational needs and leads change initiatives that enhance organizational resilience. Reporting to the CORE OS Leader, this fully remote role is central to driving continuous improvement and skill development across operations.

3. Responsibilities:

* Lead the full training lifecycle, including needs assessment, planning, scheduling, delivery, and evaluation

* Maintain a centralized training calendar covering onboarding, refreshers, and role-based development

* Design and standardize training materials using modern learning methods such as microlearning and digital modules

* Develop and maintain competency matrices linked to training paths and certifications

* Conduct quarterly skills gap analyses and advise on upskilling or cross-skilling efforts

* Manage communications related to process, policy, and system changes ensuring consistent messaging

* Create user-friendly change materials and facilitate educational sessions

* Promote a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing

* Coach internal trainers, subject matter experts, and informal leaders

* Implement recognition programs for learning and quality improvements

* Facilitate cross-team workshops applying root cause analysis tools and ensure corrective actions are completed

* Establish problem-solving standards and documentation practices

4. Requirements:

* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; supply chain or business degree preferred

* Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role

5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:

* Base salary estimated between $90,000 and $112,500 per year, depending on experience, qualifications, and skills
