Key Responsibilities
* Lead onsite L3/L4 support for Azure Data Platform Applciation Support and Operations.
* Own incident, problem, and change management.
* Provide hands‑on leadership in Python‑based data pipelines and services.
* Oversee application health checks, monitoring, and proactive issue resolution.
* Act as the onsite point of contact for client stakeholders and service governance.
* Coordinate 24x5 support coverage with offshore teams.
* Drive root cause analysis (RCA) and continuous service improvements.
* Support transition, knowledge transfer, and stabilization activities.
Required Skills
* Strong hands‑on experience in Python for data engineering and support.
* Proven expertise in Azure Data Factory and Databricks.
* Solid knowledge of SQL and data troubleshooting.
* Experience with Unity Catalog, Git, and CI/CD practices.
* Understanding of end‑to‑end design, data ingestion, and access patterns.
* Prior experience in onsite lead or L3/L4 support roles.
