The Role

We are looking for an Onboarding Consultant who is an integral part of the Customer Success Team as new brokers engage in our software. You know our software and how to help each broker customer utilize all aspects of our product. You ensure our brokers are onboarded successfully and are set up for long-term success. The onboarding consultant has an important part in the customer journey. Your skills in communication, organization, and follow-through are vital to the successful implementation by the broker.

Key Responsibilities

* End to end project management, including scheduling and follow up

* Become a product expert and proficient in being able to speak the employee benefits language

* Review the broker’s needs to help determine the best areas to focus on

* Contribute to improving a customized, step-by-step processes to help the broker and Account Managers obtain desired outcomes

* Follow up with brokers and Account Managers to ensure early adoption

* Log all interaction in a clear and concise manner in HubSpot and other team tracking tools

Ideal Background

* Experience working with onboarding customers in a SAAS environment

* Preference given to candidates with employee benefit broker or health insurance experience

* Experience in Project management

* Strong communication and organizational skills

* A high level of accountability to hit goals and enhance interpersonal skills

* A mindset of care for the success of the broker

* A proven track record of punctuality

* The ability to understand and implement new ideas and concepts quickly

* The ability to understand and leverage data to drive desired outcomes
