NVIDIA Solutions Architect (Retail/CPG)

The Enterprise Solutions Architect is responsible for designing and delivering advanced technology solutions that leverage NVIDIA’s ecosystem alongside cloud-native and hybrid architectures. This role acts as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating complex Retail and CPG challenges into scalable, high-performance solutions.

You will serve as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through digital transformation initiatives while aligning architecture with business goals. The role requires deep expertise in AI/ML, cloud platforms, and enterprise systems, with a strong focus on innovation and measurable business impact.

RESPONSIBILITIES

* Design and deliver end-to-end enterprise solutions tailored to Retail and CPG use cases

* Leverage NVIDIA technologies (AI/ML, Omniverse, CUDA, TensorRT, Jetson, etc.) to build scalable, high-performance systems

* Architect hybrid solutions integrating on-premise and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)

* Develop architectural artifacts including solution designs, roadmaps, and technical documentation

* Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, leading discussions with senior stakeholders and translating technical concepts into business value

* Conduct workshops, presentations, and discovery sessions to define requirements and demonstrate solutions

* Partner with sales teams on pre-sales efforts including RFPs, RFIs, and solution demos

* Build proof-of-concepts and guide full-scale implementations to ensure performance and scalability

* Collaborate with delivery teams, architects, and engineers to ensure alignment and successful execution

* Mentor and support other architects within the organization

* Stay ahead of emerging technologies and drive innovation through new solution approaches and reusable frameworks

REQUIREMENTS

* 10+ years of experience in IT with a focus on enterprise and solution architecture

* Deep expertise in NVIDIA ecosystem (GPUs, CUDA, TensorRT, Omniverse, AI platforms)

* Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid architectures

* Proven experience designing enterprise-scale solutions using AI/ML, computer vision, digital twins, and optimization technologies

* Strong understanding of Retail and CPG industry, including supply chain, omnichannel, and customer analytics

* Experience with microservices, event-driven architecture, and domain-driven design

* Hands-on experience with containers (Kubernetes, Docker), DevOps practices, and MLOps/data pipelines

* Expertise in security, identity management, and governance in enterprise environments

* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with ability to influence senior leaders

* Experience in pre-sales, solution presentations, and cross-functional leadership

* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

* Relevant certifications (cloud, TOGAF, NVIDIA, etc.) preferred

* Ability to travel up to 30% and work in a remote environment

This posting includes an anticipated salary range that SoftServe expects to offer for this position. The range provided reflects the base salary only. Final compensation within this range will be determined based on some factors, including, but not limited to: geographic location, relevant experience, education, certifications, skills, budget, and market conditions.

The anticipated salary range for this role is $129,000 – $203,000 annually, in line with our internal compensation framework and budget allocation for the role. Most candidates are offered a salary within this disclosed range. If the role is eligible for a variable pay plan, this would be considered separately and may provide additional earnings beyond the base salary range reflected here.
