Notary Expert - AI Trainer

We are looking for experienced EU based notarial professionals to help improve advanced AI systems.

What you’ll be doing

We are 10x.team, a platform for fractional and freelance professionals. We partner with leading AI labs to improve large AI systems.

Your Role Is Practical And High Impact. You Will

* Review and refine AI generated responses related to notarial law and procedures

* Evaluate outputs for legal accuracy, formal validity and jurisdictional compliance

* Draft realistic notarial scenarios across European jurisdictions, including corporate formations, share transfers, real estate transactions, wills, powers of attorney and cross-border authentication

* Assess AI reasoning around formal requirements, identification standards, capacity checks and document execution

* Identify gaps, misinterpretations or oversimplified legal analysis

* Create variations of the same scenario from different stakeholder perspectives such as notary, client, corporate counsel or registry authority

In Simple Terms

You will assess and improve AI generated content to ensure it reflects real world European notarial standards, formalities and cross-border practices.

This is not traditional notarial practice. Instead of advising individual clients, you will help improve how AI systems understand and apply notarial law and procedures at scale.

Your input directly improves how AI performs on notarial and document authentication topics.

Who this is for

You Are

* A civil law notary, candidate notary, notarial lawyer or specialist in notarial law

* Based in the EU or UK

* With 5 to 10+ years of experience in notarial practice or advisory work

* Experienced with corporate notarial acts, real estate transactions, estate planning instruments, authentication/legalisation procedures and cross-border matters

* Familiar with EU frameworks impacting notarial work (eIDAS 2.0, cross-border digital identity, electronic signatures, AML obligations for notaries)

* Comfortable identifying formal defects, procedural risks or jurisdictional inconsistencies

* Available 8 to 20 hours per week

* Able to start in the coming weeks
