Overview

The role provides IT system project ownership assistance within the Succession domain. The consultant supports business stakeholders and IT teams in analyzing needs, defining target solutions, and ensuring effective project governance, testing strategy, and change management within an Agile delivery framework.

Responsibilities

* Analyze existing processes and business needs, including prioritization of requirements

* Define and implement target solutions in collaboration with business and IT stakeholders

* Contribute to test strategies, deployment approaches, and change management plans

* Prepare and present project deliverables to business and IT stakeholders

* Organize and facilitate project committees and working sessions

* Identify risks and issues, define alerts, and implement corrective action plans

* Support IT teams during delivery by tracking progress and resolving open business points
