Position: Member of Technical Staff (Zara)

Type: Full-Time

Compensation: $160K - $300K/yr

Location: Remote

Role Responsibilities

* Design, build, and deploy scalable AI models and infrastructure leveraging Python and AWS.

* Develop and integrate advanced LLMs and multimodal systems into core platforms.

* Collaborate with product, research, and engineering teams to translate requirements into robust technical solutions.

* Build efficient APIs using LangChain and FastAPI to enhance system performance and interoperability.

* Stay updated on AI advancements and drive the adoption of cutting-edge multimodal AI technologies.

Requirements

* Have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.

* Have proven experience in Python programming and building systems in AWS environments.

* Have strong hands-on experience with LLMs, LangChain, and multimodal AI frameworks.

* Be proficient in developing APIs using FastAPI, Flask, or similar technologies.

* Possess strong problem-solving skills and the ability to operate independently.
