The Role

• Evaluate and select state-of-the-art Generative AI models to enhance simulation performance.

• Design and operate scalable training and MLOps infrastructure.

• Optimize GPU toolchains, scheduling, profiling, and resource allocation for efficient training.

• Contribute to the simulation of advanced driver assistance systems and evaluate simulation quality.

• Work closely within an agile, interdisciplinary engineering team.

What You'll Need

• University degree in an AI, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or Physics-related field.

• Several years of ML Engineering or MLOps experience, including expertise in model compression, experiment design, and evaluation.

• Deep understanding of modern AI model architectures, training pipelines, and distributed learning.

• Confidence working with synthetic data, augmentation strategies, and data-driven model downsizing.

• Proficiency in Python (C++/Rust a plus), CUDA, API design, testing, debugging, and Git.

• Knowledge of 3D authoring tools like Blender, glTF, Unreal, or RoadRunner is a plus.
