We're working with a major innovator in the Conversational Banking space on this exciting opportunity. You will be at the forefront of the AI revolution, building production-grade agentic workflows and GenAI products that redefine how millions of customers interact with their financial data.

This is a high-impact, long-term contract where you will merge deep Data Science expertise with robust Software Engineering to transition experimental AI into scaled, enterprise-level solutions across both Azure and GCP environments.

The Role

* Architect and provision infrastructure supporting advanced agentic workflows across Azure and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

* Design and deploy "Coach AI" and target-state AI Assistants, leveraging RAG pipelines and sophisticated prompt engineering.

* Lead the "App Search Evolution" by transforming legacy vector search functionality into a fully generative, single-point user experience.

* Develop automated evaluation methods for deterministic and generative conversations, ensuring high-fidelity performance at scale.

* Build seamless agent integration patterns that allow AI to safely action requests within complex banking systems.

What You'll Need

* 2+ years of experience building production-grade LLM applications using Python.

* Strong Software Engineering foundations, including microservices, CI/CD pipelines, and event-driven architecture.

* Deep expertise in GCP native services including BigQuery (BQ), Spanner, Dataflow, and Firestore.

* Hands-on experience with VertexAI, LLMOps, and runtime evaluation/monitoring tools.

* Proven ability to move beyond Jupyter Notebooks to deployable multi-agent solutions using Langgraph, CrewAI, or ADK.
