ML/AI Engineer

PiPro is looking for AI/ML engineer to join us in building a production-grade ML platform for a federal use case.

We’re a pre-revenue startup, so this starts as a 6-month, equity-based collaboration (5–10%) working directly with the founders. If we secure the contract post-evaluation, this is expected to convert into a paid role.

This is only for Citizens/Green Cards due to federal nature.

What you’ll do

• Build and deploy ML models (XGBoost, Random Forest, anomaly detection)

• Work on LLM applications + RAG systems

• Develop data products across multiple data sources

• Use AWS / GCP / Azure

Who this fits

• Strong ML engineering skills (new grads or experienced)

• Comfortable building real, production-grade systems

• Interested in early-stage, build-from-scratch environments
