Key Responsibilities:

* Develop, adapt, and refine prompts for Microsoft 365 applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Outlook, and Teams.

* Evaluate and annotate model responses or artifacts across 16 defined dimensions, ensuring accuracy and quality.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define evaluation criteria and implement process improvements.

* Maintain meticulous documentation related to prompt modifications and model evaluations.

* Identify trends in data labeling and provide actionable feedback for model enhancement.

* Communicate findings and recommendations clearly through both written reports and verbal presentations.

* Ensure all project work aligns with organizational standards and data privacy requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

* Specialist-level hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Outlook, Teams).

* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to articulate complex processes succinctly.

* Demonstrated experience in data labeling, prompt creation, or related evaluation workflows.

* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail in assessing digital artifacts and model outputs.

* Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, remote environment.

* US-based, with availability for remote collaboration in a distributed team.

* High standard of professionalism, integrity, and commitment to customer objectives.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Previous experience in AI or machine learning-driven environments.

* Familiarity with quality assurance or data validation processes.
