Medical General Expert Work Snapshot

Roles & Responsibilities

* Review AI-generated medical and healthcare responses for clinical accuracy, reasoning quality, patient safety, and evidence-based correctness

* Evaluate clinical problem-solving involving differential diagnosis, risk stratification, disease processes, patient care, epidemiology, and healthcare systems

* Identify errors in clinical reasoning, medical methodology, interpretation of findings, contraindications, treatment logic, or patient safety considerations

* Analyze timelines, physiology, diagnostic reasoning, medication/dosing logic, and appropriateness of recommendations across emergency, inpatient, outpatient, and public health settings

* Generate high-quality medical reference solutions, healthcare explanations, and structured clinical reasoning workflows demonstrating evidence-based decision-making

* Compare and rank multiple AI-generated responses based on medical accuracy, safety, clarity, contextual appropriateness, and adherence to prompts

* Fact-check clinical claims, disease information, treatment approaches, epidemiological data, and healthcare recommendations using reliable medical reasoning standards

* Apply evidence-based medicine principles while evaluating healthcare recommendations, risk factors, contraindications, and red-flag symptoms

* Support AI model improvement through healthcare annotation workflows, medical evaluations, clinical QA reviews, and structured documentation

* Produce concise analytical explanations explaining why medical outputs are accurate, unsafe, incomplete, ambiguous, or clinically inappropriate

Requirements

* Education: Bachelor s degree or higher in Medicine (MD/DO), Nursing, Public Health (MPH), Health Sciences, Allied Health, or a closely related healthcare field

* Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in Nursing, Clinical Medicine, Public Health, Health Sciences, Allied Health, or healthcare-related practice

* Strong clinical reasoning skills including differential diagnosis, risk stratification, symptom interpretation, and red-flag recognition

* Deep understanding of disease processes, patient care concepts, epidemiology, healthcare systems, public health principles, and medical terminology

* Ability to evaluate medical responses for correctness, patient safety, internal consistency, and evidence-based reasoning

* Exceptional attention to detail when identifying unsafe assumptions, contraindications, diagnostic errors, medication issues, or flawed clinical logic

* Strong analytical writing and communication skills with Minimum C1 English proficiency required

* Comfortable explaining complex healthcare reasoning, corrections, and patient safety implications clearly in written form

* Reliable, self-directed, and capable of maintaining consistent quality in remote contractor workflows across time zones

* Previous experience with AI data training, healthcare annotation, clinical documentation review, utilization review, healthcare QA, or medical editorial workflows is strongly preferred
