Role Description

We are seeking a highly distinguished, independent AI leader to design and deliver an exclusive "AI for Leaders" executive masterclass for C-level leaders at leading financial institutions, central banks and private equity banks etc.

Key Responsibilities:

* Executive Facilitation: Serve as a trusted advisor to C-level executives and senior stakeholders, facilitating high-level workshops, visioning sessions, and strategic planning to build consensus on AI strategy.

* Strategic Translation: Translate complex AI opportunities—such as Generative AI and Agentic AI—into actionable outcomes for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

* Curriculum Delivery: Guide leaders through assessing their organization's AI readiness, identifying key capability gaps, and developing an effective AI strategy to gain a competitive advantage.

* Risk & Governance Education: Lead discussions on AI-driven advancements in fintech and navigate the nuances of cyber risk, algorithmic bias, and ethical compliance in the heavily regulated financial sector.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

* Executive Background: Must be a former C-Suite Executive (e.g., Chief AI Officer, Chief Technology Officer, Chief Data Officer) or a former Founder/CEO of a successful AI-driven FinTech organization.

* Industry Expertise: Proven, real-world experience in leading AI projects within the digital banking, financial services, or fintech sectors, with a solid understanding of practical AI applications. The role requires the vision to lead technological transformation and the ability to turn data into a strategic asset.

* Current Professional Status (Strict Requirement): To guarantee completely objective, unbiased counsel free from vendor influence, candidates must not currently hold full-time operational roles at corporate software vendors or competing financial institutions. The ideal candidate currently operates as a Non-Executive Director, Venture Partner, Board Member, or Independent Strategic Advisor.

* Geographic Focus: Must be based in the UAE or possess deep, active ties to the UAE’s financial and regulatory ecosystem.

* Thought Leadership: Demonstrated ability to provide thought leadership in AI and digital banking, fostering innovation and growth. Previous experience speaking at high-level industry conferences or lecturing in executive education is highly preferred.

Location: United Arab Emirates (Dubai / Abu Dhabi)

Engagement Type: Contract / Advisory / Project-Based

Compensation: Per-day session fees range from 5,000 AED to 15,000 AED, depending on the specific requirements and scope of the session.
