Marketing Cloud Solution Architect

We're working with a leading Salesforce-specialized consultancy that helps the world’s largest tech and finance giants bridge the gap between complex data and meaningful customer experiences on this exciting opportunity.

This is a high-impact, strategic role where you will design and implement sophisticated marketing technology ecosystems. You'll leverage Salesforce Marketing Cloud alongside CDPs and AI-driven personalization engines to transform how global brands engage with their audiences.

The Role

* Serve as the lead strategic advisor architecting end-to-end marketing technology infrastructure for enterprise-level clients.

* Create comprehensive technical designs and solution architecture diagrams that integrate SFMC with broader tech stacks including CMS, DAM, and CRM systems.

* Lead the implementation of complex integrations using APIs, SSJS, and SQL to ensure seamless data flow across the customer journey.

* Collaborate directly with C-suite stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable, data-driven marketing operations.

* Driving innovation through the use of Marketing Automation Platforms (MAP), Personalization Engines, and Customer Data Platforms (CDP).

What You'll Need

* 6+ years of experience delivering advanced marketing technology solutions in a consulting or digital agency environment.

* Mastery of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) is essential, including deep knowledge of Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Audience Builder.

* Strong technical background with familiarity in APIs, integration technologies, and the broader MarTech landscape (CDP, MRM, and Personalization).

* Proven track record in business development, including a talent for RFP responses, pitch decks, and building client relationships.

* Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical executive stakeholders.

* Background in Computer Science or Information Management; French/English bilingualism is a major plus.
