Managing Consultant, AI & Data

For our client, we are seeking a Managing Consultant, AI & Data to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space. This role will shape high-impact initiatives at the intersection of strategy, innovation, and execution. You will partner across technical and business teams to turn complex ideas into scalable solutions and meaningful outcomes. The position offers the opportunity to influence both roadmap priorities and long-term organizational capability.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $141,000 – $235,000 annually

Responsibilities

* Support utility clients with data-driven analysis for operational challenges

* Lead all phases of analytic work product development

* Perform analyses using statistical, machine learning, and mathematical techniques

* Translate client objectives into scalable analytical solutions

* Provide leadership and mentorship to junior staff

* Ensure high-quality delivery across all engagements

* Identify key business questions for analysis

Qualifications

* Bachelor’s degree required

* 5+ years of experience in data science/analytics

* Proficient in programming languages (Python, PySpark, R, SQL)

* Familiar with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)

* Outstanding problem-solving and critical thinking skills

* Excellent communication skills for conveying complex concepts

* Experience managing teams and individuals
