About Alpha Recon
Alpha Recon is an AI-powered risk intelligence company delivering decision-grade intelligence for security, executive protection, enterprise risk, and operational teams. Through its SecuRecon platform, ReconBytes, and SecuReport intelligence briefings, Alpha Recon transforms high-volume global threat data into analyst-verified, defensible intelligence designed to support real-world decisions—not just alerts.
Our model blends advanced AI-assisted collection with experienced intelligence professionals to reduce noise, prioritize impact, and provide intelligence that can be briefed, documented, and relied upon.
We are looking for long-term entrepreneurial-minded team members! Our current compensation structure is equity based. Applicants should be comfortable initially working on an equity only basis.

* Establish performance standards for both collection quality and analytic output
* Support hiring, onboarding, and professional development of intelligence staff
Operational Workflow & Process Design
* Build and maintain scalable SOPs covering the full intelligence cycle:
* Requirements → Collection → Processing → Analysis → Dissemination → Feedback
* Integrate collection management processes with software platform workflows and AI-assisted tools
* Partner with Product and Engineering to improve collection tasking, tagging, and feedback loops within the platform
Client, Product & Stakeholder Support
* Serve as the escalation point for urgent or sensitive intelligence requirements
