We are seeking a Manager – Enterprise Sales to lead a high-impact team focused on acquiring, expanding, and retaining strategic enterprise customers across regulated and high-growth industries.
THE OPPORTUNITY
As Manager – Enterprise Sales, You Will
* Lead end-to-end sales execution for marquee enterprise accounts.
* Personally own and close complex, multi-stakeholder deals while coaching your team.
* Partner closely with Solution Architects, Forward Deployed Engineers, and AI Interaction Engineers to deliver value-led, agentic AI solutions.
This is a player–coach role for a sales leader who thrives in long-cycle enterprise engagements and high-touch customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
* Hit and Exceed Enterprise Sales Targets
* Deliver team and individual ARR and TCV quotas.
* Maintain precision in forecasting and pipeline health.
* Lead & Develop Enterprise Sales Team
* Manage and mentor 3–6 enterprise AEs.
* Run weekly strategy sessions, account reviews, and deal coaching.
* Drive Complex Enterprise Deals
* Navigate C-level relationships, procurement, and legal.
* Structure multi-year, value-based agreements to increase ACV.
* Build Land-and-Expand Strategies
* Establish account plans to expand usage across multiple BUs.
* Collaborate with Customer Success for renewal and expansion execution.
* Partner with Ecosystem Allies
* Co-sell with GSIs, hyperscalers, and industry ISVs.
* Drive pipeline through partner-led opportunities.
* Ensure AI-Driven Sales Execution
* Leverage AI agents for lead intelligence, competitor tracking, and ABM targeting.
* Implement data-driven outbound sequences and account-based campaigns.
What Success Looks Like
* Consistently exceeding enterprise sales quotas.
* High win rates in competitive enterprise environments.
* Growth in ACV and expansion revenue from existing accounts.
* Strong partner-sourced contribution to enterprise pipeline.
Must-Have
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
* 7–10 years in B2B enterprise sales, with 2–4 years in a leadership or player–coach role.
* Proven success closing $500K–$5M+ TCV enterprise deals.
* Deep understanding of enterprise buying cycles and value-based selling.
* Experience in account-based targeting and outbound-led growth.
* Proficiency with CRM platforms and sales automation tools.
Good-to-Have
* Experience selling AI, data infrastructure, or high-complexity SaaS to regulated industries (BFSI, GRC, SOC).
* Familiarity with MEDDIC, Challenger Sale, or similar methodologies.
* Exposure to AI/ML platforms, multi-agent orchestration, or advanced analytics.
