2. About the Opportunity:
The Manager, AI Workforce leads a team responsible for managing the organization’s portfolio of workforce AI platforms and promoting their adoption across the company. This role drives AI platform administration, licensing governance, feature enablement, adoption analytics, and employee training. The position is central to enabling employees to leverage AI tools in daily workflows and operates the AI Competency Center, a program to build AI skills and capabilities across business units. The role impacts the organization by ensuring AI technologies are effectively integrated and utilized, helping to advance company-wide AI strategy and workforce enablement.
3. Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage a team of analysts supporting AI platform management and adoption
• Oversee platform administration, licensing, and governance for workforce AI tools
• Drive feature enablement and employee training programs for AI platforms
• Analyze adoption metrics and usage data to inform strategic decisions
• Manage the AI Competency Center program to build AI skills across the organization
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support enterprise-wide AI initiatives
• Support change management and enablement efforts related to AI adoption
• Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and AI governance requirements
4. Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years experience in technology management, platform operations, IT leadership, or related roles
• Proven people management skills with experience coaching and developing teams
• Strong program management skills driving cross-functional initiatives from strategy to execution
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences including senior executives
• Creative problem-solving abilities for complex and ambiguous challenges
• Familiarity with AI platforms and tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Claude, Glean, ChatGPT, or Google Gemini
• Understanding of data privacy, security, and AI governance principles
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
Preferred:
• Experience managing enterprise-wide adoption, change management, or enablement programs
• Hands-on experience administering enterprise AI platforms
• Experience building and managing community or champion networks in large organizations
• Skills in adoption analytics, usage reporting, and data-driven decision making
• Knowledge of AI governance frameworks and responsible AI principles
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:
• Estimated base pay range is $126,800 to $158,500 annually, varying by location, experience, skill set, performance, and business needs
• Certain positions may be eligible for variable incentive compensation such as bonuses or commissions not included in base pay
• The pay range and compensation package for this role will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, skills, and other relevant factors
