Management & Leadership Instructor (AI Training)

About The Role

We’re seeking management instructors to help evaluate AI systems trained on organizational behavior, leadership, and decision-making.

* Location: Remote

* Type: Hourly / Task-based Contract

* Compensation: $35-70 /hour

* Commitment: 10-40 hours/week

What You’ll Do

* Review management and leadership scenarios used in AI training.

* Evaluate reasoning related to teams, incentives, and organizational structure.

* Identify unrealistic assumptions or weak decision logic.

* Provide structured feedback to improve managerial reasoning.

* Work independently and asynchronously to meet project deadlines.

Who You Are

* 3+ years of experience teaching management or leadership at the postsecondary level.

* Strong understanding of organizational behavior and management theory.

* Able to clearly evaluate decision-making and tradeoffs.

* Comfortable reviewing written scenarios and recommendations.

Nice to Have

* MBA or Master’s degree in Management.

* Industry leadership or operations experience.

* Familiarity with AI or content evaluation workflows.
