Position: Management Expert

Type: Contract

Compensation: $75–$83/hour

Location: Remote

Commitment: 20 hours/week

Role Responsibilities

* Author and review technical tasks to evaluate AI model performance on management problems.

* Produce original problem sets using organizational charts, strategic frameworks, financial statements, and operational diagrams.

* Write reference solutions and apply structured quality checks to ensure accuracy.

* Collaborate with AI research teams to enhance task quality and throughput.

* Work independently and asynchronously with a flexible schedule to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

Must-Have

* PhD in Management, Organizational Behavior, or Strategy, or MBA or MS in Management with 3+ years applied, consulting, or academic experience, or BA/BS in Business or related field with 5+ years industry or research experience.

* Working fluency in at least two of: strategy, organizational behavior, operations, corporate finance, marketing management.

* Comfortable reading and interpreting organizational charts, strategic frameworks, financial statements, and operational diagrams.

* Clear technical writing; able to articulate reasoning step-by-step in written form.
