* Build ML models & optimisation algorithms to drive decision-making

* Develop real-time execution systems (APIs, integrations, automation)

* Own the full lifecycle: research → production → monitoring

* Design simulations & backtesting to validate performance

* Identify inefficiencies and turn them into scalable, revenue-driving strategies

* 4+ years in machine learning / optimisation / data science

* Strong foundation in maths, probability, statistics

* Experience deploying models into production systems

* Someone pragmatic and fast-moving – able to ship and iterate quickly

* Bonus: exposure to quant finance, trading systems, or ad-tech
