Location: Hybrid – Seattle, WA

Comp: $190-230k base + startup equity

Our client, a fast‑growing early‑stage team, is looking for a Machine Learning Engineer to help build a next‑generation AI inference platform. What You’ll Do

* Build and optimize ML model deployment + inference pipelines

* Develop performance benchmarking, simulation, and optimization workflows

* Work closely with systems, cloud, and hardware engineers

* Contribute to APIs, tooling, and platform‑level ML infrastructure

What You Bring

* 3+ years of ML engineering or applied research experience

* Strong Python or C++ skills

* Deep experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX

* Background in model optimization, inference efficiency, or performance tuning

* Ability to thrive in a fast‑moving, highly technical environment
