Required Skills & Qualifications Core AI/ML :

Strong experience in Machine Learning, NLP, and Document AI. Hands-on expertise with: o Python, PyTorch / TensorFlow Classical ML and deep learning models Feature engineering for structured + unstructured data Experience with open source and AWS OCR(Textract), document classification, entity extraction, and text summarization. AWS & UAIS � Proven experience deploying ML solutions on AWS.

Hands-on with: o SageMaker (training, endpoints, monitoring) Textract, Comprehend, Bedrock Familiarity with United AI Studio (UAIS) pipelines, guardrails, and governance workflows (or strong ability to ramp up quickly). Data & Engineering � Experience working with large-scale claims or healthcare datasets. Strong SQL and data analysis skills. Understanding of APIs, microservices, and event-driven architectures. Preferred Qualifications :

Prior experience in Claims, Healthcare, Insurance, or Revenue Cycle domains. Experience building TAT prediction, workflow optimization, or risk scoring models. Knowledge of Agentic AI, RAG architectures, and SOP-driven AI solutions. Exposure to Responsible AI, model explainability, and regulatory compliance.
