🚀 Staff ML Architect / Lead Consultant – AI / LLM Systems (Hands-On)

We’re hiring a Staff-level ML Architect to lead a critical AI initiative on a major consumer platform.

This is a rare hybrid role—you’ll be:

✔ Writing production code

✔ Leading a pod of ML engineers

✔ Shaping AI strategy with senior leadership

💡 What you’ll work on:

* Building production-grade LLM-powered agents

* Designing agentic workflows (tooling, sub-agents, MCP)

* Scaling systems on GCP / Vertex AI

* Driving MLOps excellence (Airflow, Spark, Terraform)

🧠 We’re looking for someone who:

* Operates at Staff / Principal level

* Is still deeply hands-on

* Can bridge business + engineering seamlessly

* Has built real-world LLM / AI systems in production
