About the Role

We are currently looking for Dutch Language Specialists based in the Netherlands to support ongoing AI conversation quality and safety projects. In this role, you will help evaluate, test, and improve how AI systems understand and respond in Dutch.

Key Responsibilities

* Review and evaluate AI-generated responses in Dutch and English

* Create and test conversational prompts to assess AI behavior

* Identify language, tone, and contextual issues in AI outputs

* Collaborate with language experts, QA teams, and project leads

* Follow project guidelines while meeting quality and productivity targets

* Adapt quickly to evolving project requirements

Required Qualifications

* Native or near-native proficiency in Dutch

* Strong written communication skills in Dutch and English

* Solid understanding of grammar, syntax, and semantics

* Ability to write in different tones, styles, and perspectives

* High attention to detail and strong analytical skills

* Comfortable working independently in a remote setup
